A best practice guide to break the glass ceiling, traditional gender stereotypes and build egalitarian relationships in the socio-labour sphere. The Best Practices Guide contains profile interviews of 24 professional women who were able to “break the glass ceiling” and pursue a managing position in their professional lives. The interviews also discuss the significance of soft skills in achieving this objective.
The Guide includes 4 interviews per partner country (Germany, Spain, Austria, Greece, Italy & Iceland).
